Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on “Checkout” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Money Back Guarantee & Returns Policy

25% restocking charge will be applied for any goods returned within 30 days. This applies to all our goods except non-stock, bespoke or made to order items such as rectangular ductwork, dampers, grilles and louvres.. This is in addition to your statutory rights

Goods must be returned in clean unused condition, complete with any contents and packaging.

Make sure you:

  • Write the order number on the label/parce
  • Please do not stick postage labels on product retail packaging
  • Remember to obtain proof of postage

Delivery Schedule

We process your order right away for goods in stock. We will normally send your order to you in 3 to 4 business days.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, standard rate 20% VAT is added

Credit Card Security

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties.

Faulty Goods

If there is a problem with the goods, please contact us as soon as you are aware. We will deal with the matter as quickly and efficiently as possible, and in accordance with your legal rights.

Force Majeure

The Seller will not be responsible for any delay in delivery, or failure to deliver, any products if such delay or failure results from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, labour disputes, delay or failure of suppliers or of transportation, or governmental acts.

Telephone calls using the telephone numbers provided on this website and email correspondence with DuctFix at the email addresses accessible through, or discernible from, this website may be recorded or monitored for training purposes. By using such communication methods you are consenting to the recording or monitoring of the same.
