Efficient Impeller Design
The impellers feature adjustable-pitch aerofoil blades made from high-quality GRP. With increased blade chord and twist, they deliver 7% higher efficiency, significantly reducing energy consumption. The reinforced blade root minimizes stress, making these impellers ideal for tough applications.

Corrosion Resistance
Specially treated for corrosion resistance and coated with durable polyester epoxy paint.

Controllability
A range of transformer voltage controllers and inverters is available for AC units. IE5 EC fans can be directly connected via DC voltage (2 to 10V), DC current (4 to 20mA), frequency (10 to 95%), or a potentiometer. Both AC units with inverters and EC fans offer substantial energy savings through reduced power consumption.

Each SCP unit comes with a 12-month warranty.

Construction
The SCP is made from mild steel and treated for complete corrosion protection. Guards are epoxy powder coated, while the fan plates and motors are finished in Telegrey 1 (RAL 7045) polyester epoxy powder coating.

Motor
AC motors feature grease-sealed ball bearings for life, with fixed speed operating temperatures ranging from -20°C to +70°C and speed-controlled temperatures from -20°C to +50°C. High-efficiency EC motors meet IE5 standards and are designed to operate at temperatures up to +60°C.
