Plenum boxes are essential components of any ventilation system, serving as the connection between ductwork and terminals. Typically constructed from galvanized steel, we also offer options in stainless steel or aluminum upon request. A wide range of enhancements is available to improve functionality and ease of installation, including:

• Fire rating: By increasing the material thickness to 1.2mm and installing a 120-minute rated intumescent fire damper (not available with aluminum boxes).

• Lining: For improved thermal and acoustic performance, plenum boxes can be internally lined with 10mm pyrosorb-type foam insulation. This reduces cross-talk between rooms, absorbs noise from fans or other machinery, and provides thermal insulation to prevent condensation issues.

• Drop rod fixings: Spot welded, pre-punched angle brackets for drop rods can be factory-fitted, simplifying and speeding up the installation process.
