Their unique design, resembling an egg crate, features closely spaced bars arranged in a grid pattern. This ensures even air distribution, making them ideal for environments requiring high air changeover rates, such as restaurant kitchens, painting booths, and more.
Available in Two Series
At DuctFix, egg crate grilles are available in two distinct series:
ECG: 0° Core (Standard)
The bars are aligned parallel to one another, forming a traditional grid pattern. These grilles can be mounted on ceilings for vertical airflow and are also suitable for extract applications where parallel airflow distribution is preferred or required.
ECG45: 45° Core (Optional)
In this version, the bars are angled at 45 degrees, creating a diagonal grid pattern. This configuration is often chosen for sight-blocking properties or applications requiring specific directional airflow or a mix of horizontal and vertical airflow distribution.
